A large public park that is like the lungs of Nakhon Sawan City and received an award of a great-level park from the Department of Health. This place is located on an area of ​​​​502,400 square meters, fenced around, and has a double paved ring road, 6 meters wide and 3,200 meters long. With an island in the middle of a road, covering an area of ​​​​about 4,800 square meters. The attractive point that can see afar is a huge heavenly dragon that stood majestically in the middle, surrounded by four small dragons facing different directions. The circle base is decorated with clouds, and there are four pavilions surround it and a Chinese-style bridge built for a walkway to the heavenly dragon. When standing on the dragon's base, you can see the surrounding area of ​​Sawan Park. The bottom part of the bridge is a curved lotus pond. Inside the island, there is also a fountain stage, which is large artificial waterfalls, includes the reception rooms, and flower gardens. In front of the park, there are toilets and dressing rooms for tourists, including a large parking lot because the car is not allowed to enter inside the park area.
